When Potential Gets Lost in Translation: Neuroinclusion, Psychological Safety and Young People in the Workplace

The talk will briefly introduce neuroinclusion and psychological safety in the workplace, with a particular focus on young people not currently in education, employment, or training. I’ll explore how individual needs and communication differences can sometimes be misunderstood as poor attitude, disengagement or a lack of potential, and share a few simple ways businesses can create greater clarity, understanding and safety for young people entering the workplace.

Liz`s aim is to offer some useful insights and practical ideas while opening up a wider conversation about how Torbay businesses can help ensure local talent is not overlooked.

Join us on Friday 16th October , 8–10am for breakfast, networking and followed by Liz`s talk.
