Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us within this period to let us know that you wish to return your order.

Once you've told us you wish to return an item, you'll have a further 14 days to send it back.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the purchase price and, where required by law, the standard delivery charge originally paid. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
