Standard rates, in pounds sterling. Fees come out of what you receive; customers pay the price you set. The card fee is an estimate at Stripe's standard UK card rate (1.5% + 20p), charged once per order. Other cards cost more.
Tickets, memberships and payments at common prices.
Each row is a single ticket, membership or payment, paid by a standard UK card. If an order has several tickets, our fee and the payout charge apply to each ticket, and the card fee is charged once on the total.

Honest about where we fit.
Where we are strongest
Organisers who run events regularly, take memberships or subscriptions, sell merchandise, or take larger payments such as deposits, invoices and race entries.
The fee is a small share of a larger payment, and everything else comes at no extra cost.
Where others may cost less
A one-off event with low-priced tickets, where the fee is the only thing that matters. Our £1 minimum is charged per ticket, so it is a larger share of a £5 ticket than of a £50 one.
The table above shows exactly how much. We would rather you knew than guessed.
You are not just buying ticketing.
A ticketing-only platform charges for ticketing and stops there. What you pay here also covers the rest of what you would otherwise buy, set up and keep in step yourself.
Take money any way
Tickets, memberships, subscriptions, deposits, donations, invoices, payment pots and a shop. One checkout, one payout, one set of reports.
Know your customers
Every buyer lands in your CRM automatically. Email them with the built-in mailer, with no export and no second subscription.
Your own branded site
Personalised pages and a micro-site built from your data, on our subdomain or your own domain, with galleries, video, news and a directory included.
Keep your own website
Put tickets, your shop and more on the site you already have, with a WordPress plugin or a pasted snippet.
Run the whole operation
Reporting and a full ledger with VAT worked out, QR codes and door check-in, race entries and results, plus boards and notes for the jobs behind it.
Looked after for you
Hosting, security and upgrades included, support from the in-house team that built it, and AI-assisted setup.
We are not the cheapest ticketing fee and we are not trying to be. You get one system and one bill, instead of six.
How to compare any platform.
Fees are quoted in different ways, so a fee table is rarely like for like. These are the questions worth asking of any platform, ours included.
| Ask any platform | Our answer |
|---|---|
| Is card processing included in the quoted fee? | No. Stripe's card fee is separate and charged at Stripe's own rate (1.5% + 20p on a standard UK card). We add nothing to it. |
| Is the fee per ticket, per order, or a percentage? | A percentage with a minimum, per ticket or payment: 1%, minimum £1. Stripe's card fee is charged once per order. |
| Is the fee added to your attendees' price? | No. The price you set is the price charged. Fees come out of what you receive, and nothing is added at checkout. |
| Are there subscriptions or contracts? | Neither. You pay only when you receive a payment, plus Stripe's £2 account fee in any month you take one. |
| Who holds the money? | Nobody but you. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on your payout schedule. |
| Who owns your attendee data? | You do. Your attendee list, sales history and audience stay with you, and we never promote other events alongside yours. |
| What else is included? | A branded micro-site, CRM, shop, galleries, short links and QR codes, at no extra cost. |
Why no subscriptions?
How many accounts and subscriptions do you currently have, and why does each only do one thing? Why don't they link to anything else without paying for another subscription on top?
Sound familiar? We decided it doesn't have to be like this.
With Eventerly you only pay for what you use, and you only use it if you like it.
Why no contracts?
Our tools speak for themselves. If you like them, you'll use them. If you appreciate our pricing, you'll use them. If you experience the help and support we proudly provide, you'll use them.
It doesn't matter to us whether you use them once, once a year, or every day. The deal between us is the same.

More about fees
| Topic | What to know |
|---|---|
| Per ticket, not per order | Our platform fee and the payout charge are charged on every ticket, so ten tickets in one order are charged as ten individual tickets. Stripe's card fee is charged once, on the whole order. |
| Card fees vary | The 1.5% + 20p shown is Stripe's standard rate for a UK card. Other cards, including international and premium cards, cost more. The calculator and tables use the standard rate. |
| Monthly account fee | Stripe charges a £2 account fee in any month your account takes a payment. We add it to your first payment of the month, at cost. |
| Shop orders | Charged as a percentage of the order, including delivery and VAT, which is the full amount the customer pays. |
| Free tickets | Free tickets carry no fees at all. |
| Currencies | The minimum fee is £1, $1, €1 or 1 CHF. The calculator and tables show pounds sterling. |
| Standard rates | The rates on this page are our standard rates. Get in touch if you take larger volumes and we will agree a rate that fits. |
Pricing questions, answered.
What does a £12 ticket cost?
Fees come to £1.51: a £1.00 platform fee, a £0.13 payout charge and £0.38 in card fees on a standard UK card. You keep £10.49.
Is this just for events?
No. Events are where many organisers start, and ticketing is built in, but it is a complete platform. You can also take memberships, subscriptions, payments, invoices and shop orders, with a CRM, mailer, reporting and your own branded site included.
Who pays the fees, me or my customers?
You do, out of what you receive. The price you set is the price your customers pay, with nothing added at checkout.
Do you hold my money?
No. Payments go into your own Stripe account at the time of sale, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on your payout schedule.
Are you the cheapest for low-priced tickets?
Not always. Our £1 minimum is charged per ticket, so it is a larger share of a £5 ticket than of a £50 one, and the table on this page shows exactly how much. For regular events, memberships, shop sales and larger payments it works out well, and everything else is included at no extra cost.
Can I get a lower rate?
If you take larger volumes, yes. The rates on this page are our standard rates, and lower rates can be agreed. Get in touch and we will set it up properly.
Zero maintenance. Lower costs.
With everything managed online by you and pages delivered automatically by our cloud, there's nothing for anyone to maintain, ever.
We handle hosting, security, and upgrades. Every customer is always on the latest version.
